Chautauqua Lake Pops Moves to Mayville

The former Bemus Bay Pops program will be returning as the new Chautauqua Lake Pops in Mayville, N.Y. The season will open Saturday, June 29 at 8 p.m. with the music of Absolute Journey. The not-for-profit organization has brought thousands of hours of regional, national and world-wide entertainment to one of the world’s only floating stages on the shores of Chautauqua Lake. Bemus Bay Pops has provided a summer concert series, programs, and special events for more than 20 years. Economic impact studies show the Pops have generated between $12 to 14 million annually for Chautauqua County in past summers. Tickets for all performances will go on sale soon.
